Premtech Brochures 2018

Premtech undertake engineering, consultancy and design management services for clients involved in the development and ownership of infrastructure projects in the energy sector. Birdhouse have been working alongside Premtech since their inception in 2008. Recently we designed these 6 page A4 brochures for them featuring lamination and Gloss UV varnish.

Street Design

Established in 1986, Street Design manufacture a range of distinctive external landscape products, for both the public and private sector. The main product categories are planters, outdoor seating, external street furniture and bespoke outdoor products.

We have been working with Street Design since our inception. In 2016 they asked us to look at their identity. As they manufacture modular, 3 dimensional products we wanted their logo to reflect this and thus looked at angular ‘constructed’ ideas. They liked this approach and finally settled on the image you see here. Below is the branding the new logo replaced.

Bespoke Pub Menus

Everards Brewery openly encourage their pub tenants to be independent and follow their own path, to this end they are known as ‘Business Owners’. Many of the pub buildings are old and interesting and have been beautifully refurbished. This needs to be reflected in their promotional material (there’s no desire for the ‘managed house’ look these days). Here are a few examples of menus that we have designed in the past year or so.

Northampton Leisure Trust

Northampton Leisure Trust are one of our oldest clients – over 20 years. They own Trilogy Health & Fitness – leisure facilities in and around Northampton and Lings Forum cinema complex. They asked for a colourful report & accounts document that echoed the graphic elements used throughout their leisure facilities.

Everards ‘Winter Inspirations’ Magazine

Everards asked us to create a seasonal magazine which they could distribute to their pub tenants. The aim of the magazine is to inform about offers, new products and also to make helpful seasonal suggestions as to how to increase sales. The end product  with it’s cover illustrated by Conrad Mcewan is colourful and informative. We are currently working on ‘Spring Inspirations’!

Vepro Engineering

We were involved with Vepro from their conception in the late 1990’s until their acquisition by Ricardo Engineering in 2015. We created their identity, stationery, brochures, website and many graphic for both external exhibitions and  for display in their office. Vepro mainly designed motorcycles. We needed to convey their experience in all aspects of motorcycle design including engine, chassis electrics and product homologation. To this end we created a complex image of a deconstructed motorcycle. We photographed a typical bike and rider then worked closely with their engineers to build up a multi-layered image that examined the working of the entire machine.

Forest Holidays

Forest Holidays, part owned by the Forestry Commission and set exclusively within Forestry Commission land, has grown from the first cabins built in Scotland in the 1970s to almost 600 cabins in stunning locations up and down the country. The company give you the chance to rent a luxurious woodland cabin in one of 10 stunning locations, many with private outdoor hot tubs.

Birdhouse have worked with Forest Holidays for over 10 years on various projects including brochures, leaflets, site signage, promotional items and advertising. Some examples appear on this page.
